On September 7, 2010 your company installed white wood 4 1/2 inch shutters on all my windows and glass doors (two glass doors and a set of French doors) in my home in Palm City.

This is my first experience with interior shutters.  They are absolutely beautiful.  They are easy to use and are pleasing to the eye from the inside as well as from the outside.  We settled on the house on 17 August 2010.  Our first electric bill came September 16, 2010for $119.  Today we received our second electric bill $65.  I am attributing the remarkable difference due to the efficiency of the shutters.  I have shared this information with the neighbors and the sales office at Copperleaf in hopes of sending business you way.

I have taken the time to express my appreciation for the experience in our dealing in the following ways.  First, I like to share about Linda’s cordiality in engaging with the client, it’s outstanding.  The way she offers her ideas and shows the company’s samples is exceptional.  Second, Colleen and Linda are splendid people to work with.  Their ability to create a cordial and good atmosphere with the customer is something to be accredited.  Third, for the way the company stands behind its product, service and agreement.  I am greatly impressed in how the company conducts business.  So, as I think on my personal business encounter, it moved me to write and share with you my reflection:

We all know that manufacturing institutions exist for the mere reason of profit making, otherwise they would cease to exist.  So what keeps an industry alive?  Most people know that it is the product they make, the quality of it, and the demand for the item that makes the particulars sellable.  However, there is the existence of a higher feature that leads a production to institution success.  Although the certainty of business theories suggests that customer service greases the wheel of the industry; it is favorable to know that such reasoning is somewhat incomplete.  Customer service is different to that which is the customer and industrial personnel relationship approach.  The latter method delivers the human touch.  It is the special contact that goes beyond speculative statements; the one that customers are able to recognize as the “unique attention”.

Indian River Shutter is one of those few companies that apply personal touch in their business.  It assists trade by easing the dealing with customer to what is a pleasurable experience. Satisfaction in acquisition, and the joy to pay for the rendered service.  My personal familiarity with them was awesomely pleasant, attractive like a fresh breeze of mountain air.

Our dealing went through some difficulties.  Like most inconveniences in life, there are two sides in every issue.  Clients need to be understanding, patient and sociable in their dealings: so do business in their transaction.  Working out dilemmas with Indian River Shutter Company was a pleasant experience, one that brought about a unique human touch to both sides.  I feel as if I made a lifelong friend, which impels me to solicit their service again and to recommend them on every chance that comes my way.  Try them, you’ll love your experience.
